Founded on trust. In 1984, in the middle of a deep construction recession, J.C. Scott started out as a General Contractor in Vancouver, taking on projects throughout the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Whistler, the BC Interior and Alberta. The most important thing he built during this early period was relationships.

Scott Construction's open style of management and our insistence on early involvement and preconstruction planning earned us a reputation with clients for accurate budgeting, consistent scheduling, on-time delivery, and safe, reliable performance. The lessons learned in those early years about building relationships by earning trust and respect are still the basis of how we build today.
